"We tend to see climate change as a pressing issue of the future, but what we need to understand is that people are already being rendered homeless or jobless because of it, are moving because of it, and such movement has impact," says Alice Baillat, policy advisor at the Geneva-based Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre, one of the world's leading data sources on displacement (set up by the xxxx (IS it government-run?)
