New Delhi, July 11 -- Lieutenant governor VK Saxena and chief minister Rekha Gupta on Thursday inaugurated "Aramabh", an open library in Malviya Nagar, near Adchini. This is the second such library under a project launched in wake of the drowning deaths of three students at the basement of a civil services coaching centre in Rajendra Nagar. LG Saxena said: "You all must remember the incident in Rajendra Nagar, where three students lost their lives in the basement. After that, we decided that DDA community centres that are underutilised will be converted into libraries. First library was launched in Rajendra Nagar. Students are very satisfied.
