Silchar, Feb. 15 -- A 30-year-old man from Assam's Dhekiajuli found himself in legal trouble for allegedly reacting to a Facebook comment on a post by a woman bureaucrat with a laughter emoji.
The alleged incident happened in April 2023 and the person, identified as Amit Chakraborty, was summoned by a district court of Kokrajhar in January this year based on a charge sheet filed by the local police in 2023.P14
