Shimla, May 19 -- The 126 MW Larji Hydroelectric Power Project in Himachal's Kullu district, which suffered extensive damage in the 2023 floods, has been restored and fully operational, according to a press statement by the state government's information and public relations department.

Officials said all three turbines, Unit 1, 2 and 3, are now running. The project was damaged in floods from the Beas river on July 9 and July 10, 2023.
