Mumbai, Nov. 26 -- Private equity firm KKR has made a fresh round of investment in Lighthouse Learning, along with new investor PSP Investments. KKR will retain its majority stake and "continue to play a significant role in driving Lighthouse Learning's next phase of growth," the firm said in a statement. The company, however, did not disclose the amount of investment in this round. The proceeds from the latest investment will be utilised by Lighthouse to expand its K-12 and preschool network, besides strengthen teaching, technology and operational capabilities.
