New Delhi, Dec. 29 -- The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has designated 100 official dog-feeding spots across Lutyens's Delhi, comprising areas such as Khan Market, Lodhi Garden, government office complexes, diplomatic areas, and commercial hubs, officials said. The action follows the Supreme Court's order to restrict public feeding of stray dogs. NDMC areas are divided into 14 circles. Circle 8 has the most number of feeding spots - 15. P5
