India, Feb. 11 -- Mumbai-based real estate developer Keystone Realtors, also known as Rustomjee Group, on February 11 reported a net profit of Rs.30 crore for the quarter ended December, compared to Rs.29.9 crore in the same period last year. The company's total income for Q3 fell to Rs.485.8 crore, down from Rs.533.3 crore a year ago.

The company said in a regulatory filing that pre-sales in Q3 increased 40% to Rs.863 crore due to five new launches worth Rs.4057 crore.
