Bengaluru, May 23 -- The Karnataka high court on Thursday stayed further investigation against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) IT Cell head Amit Malviya and Republic TV Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami following a first information report (FIR) filed against them over allegations of spreading misinformation claiming that the Indian National Congress (INC) had an office building in Istanbul, Turkey.
