India, March 27 -- The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has announced that it will operate 2,000 additional buses to accommodate the festive rush for Ugadi and Ramzan.

The special services will run from March 28 to March 30, 2025, catering to passengers traveling from Bengaluru to various destinations across Karnataka and neighboring states.

According to KSRTC's latest press release, these extra buses will be deployed from Bengaluru's major bus stations, including Kempegowda Bus Station, Mysuru Road Bus Station, and Shanthinagar BMTC Bus Station.

Return services will operate from various intra-state and inter-state locations to Bengaluru on March 31.
