India, Aug. 10 -- Almost all of India's urban infrastructure is on the verge of collapse, and the miracle is that it still continues to exist. There was a deluge in Delhi in the last two days, and the city literally came to a standstill. This is the situation in all our metropolises, and as far as the smaller cities are concerned-the less said, the better.
