New Delhi, March 19 -- The 125th edition of Indian Open Polo Championship kicked off at Jaipur Polo Grounds here on Tuesday with Jindal Panther edging out Team Carysil by a solitary goal.
Led by Naveen Jindal, the Panthers came back from a goal down to secure an 8-7 win.
Shamsheer Ali put Team Carysil in front early in the match but Panthers came back with a series of counterattacks.
By halftime, Panthers had coasted to a 5-2 lead and looked set for an easy win but Carysil kept pegging away.
