India, Jan. 23 -- Lamar Jackson will have to get used to new ways in Baltimore. The Ravens on Thursday hired Jesse Minter as their new head coach, insiders revealed. NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport even went on to suggest that there are two frontrunners for the Offensive Coordinator job - Joe Brady and Kliff Kingsbury. However, their hiring depends on whether they land head jobs elsewhere.
