Long before they became one of the world's most watched power couples, the Amazon founder and Lauren Sanchez crossed paths through mutual connections in media and business. At the time, Sanchez, an Emmy-winning TV anchor and helicopter pilot, was married to talent agent Patrick Whitesell.
