India, Dec. 25 -- Isro's 'Bahubali' or LVM3-M6 rocket on Wednesday launched a 6,100 kg US communication satellite, the heaviest payload placed in orbit from Indian soil. The previous record for India's heaviest satellite launch was 4,400kg.
