New Delhi, Dec. 4 -- The Delhi high court on Wednesday expressed displeasure over the Centre's recent decision to operationalise the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 (Code), as it said that the same was done without framing the rules and constituting the tribunals required under the law to adjudicate disputes, and directed the government to take corrective steps. The Industrial Relations Code (IRC), 2020, which is one of the four Labour Codes that were consolidated to replace 29 older labour laws, came into force on November 21.
