Lucknow, Sept. 15 -- A Delhi-bound IndiGo flight, carrying 151 passengers including Samajwadi Party MP Dimple Yadav, aborted takeoff at the Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport in Lucknow on Saturday due to a technical snag, the airline said in a statement. Officials aware of the details said that flight 6E-211 had started accelerating on the runway at around 11am when the pilot detected a technical issue involving insufficient engine thrust and aborted takeoff.
