Jammu, Feb. 18 -- Amid spike in trans-border firing, IED blasts and sniper fire by Pakistan, Jammu and Kashmir lieutenant governor, on Monday, said that the Indian army was responding befittingly adding that clear directions have been issued to the security forces to go full throttle to wipe out terrorism at any cost.

Responding to media queries at Jammu University here after inaugurating a cricket tournament, Sinha said, " Indian Army is giving a befitting reply to Pakistan's ceasefire violations on the LoC. The army is fully capable to deal with any situation."
