New Delhi, Dec. 12 -- The India-US bilateral trade deal will only be done "when both sides stand to benefit", Union commerce minister Piyush Goyal said on Thursday while confirming "substantive progress" in the India-European Union free trade negotiations as he plans to engage with his EU counterpart on this matter early next month. Addressing a specific question on the timelines of the proposed India-US bilateral trade agreement (BTA) at a press conference in Mumbai, Goyal said: "I can only say that negotiations are progressing well.
