India, Jan. 21 -- The government will soon approve the Cape Town Convention --- an international agreement designed to make it more attractive for leasing companies to invest by duplicating repossession rights available in the United States when airlines default on lease payments --- to make it easier to lease and buy aircraft in India, Vumlunmang Vualnam, secretary, ministry of civil aviation, said on Tuesday.
