India, July 31 -- India's Tier-1 cities recorded housing sales worth Rs.3.6 lakh crore in the first half of 2025 (H1 CY25), up 9% from Rs.3.3 lakh crore during the same period last year, according to the CREDAI-CRE Matrix report. Luxury homes priced above Rs.3 crore made up 73% of NCR's total sales value, even though only 25,000 units were sold.
