India needs health care roadmap, says Nadda
New Delhi, May 30 -- Union health minister JP Nadda on Thursday said India would need to develop a health care roadmap, stressing on the need to strategise building systems that will serve future generations in the run up to Viksit Bharat 2047.
"Health transition does not take place in a day or two. When we talk about 2047, we understand we have to develop a roadmap to see how our health systems are then. We need to strategise now to build systems that will serve future generations," he said while addressing the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Annual Business Summit.
