New Delhi, Dec. 25 -- India will play Bangladesh on February 20 in their opening Group A game of the ICC Champions Trophy, to be played in Dubai as part of the hybrid model agreed for the tournament. Hosts and defending champions Pakistan will open the tournament by facing New Zealand in Karachi on February 19, according to the schedule released by the International Cricket Council (ICC) on Tuesday.
The hybrid model for the tournament was agreed after India refused to travel to Pakistan over political tensions between the neighbours.
