India, April 24 -- India's foreign ministry on Thursday briefed senior diplomats of most of the G20 countries and several strategic partners across the world on the cross-border linkages to the Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 people, people familiar with the matter said.
The briefing was done by foreign secretary Vikram Misri, who informed the diplomats about the attack on tourists and India's policy of "zero tolerance" for terrorism, the people said on condition of anonymity.
