New Delhi, March 26 -- The Congress on Tuesday announced that the "character of the INDIA" bloc will continue in Bihar even as the party is preparing for tough negotiations with Lalu Prasad's Rashtriya Janata Dal for better seats. Many in the party are of the view that the Congress should bargain for "better seats".

The Bihar leadership of the Congress held a strategy meeting with the party High Command on Tuesday to prepare for the upcoming Bihar assembly elections. Last time, the Congress fought in 70 seats.
