Chandigarh, Aug. 14 -- Haryana governor Ashim Kumar Ghosh will unfurl the national flag in Ambala city, while chief minister Nayab Singh Saini in Rohtak on the occasion of Independence Day on August 15.

According to a revised programme chief secretary Anurag Rastogi has issued for Independence Day, the flag hoisting will be held at 9 am across the state.

Haryana vidhan sabha speaker Harvinder Kalyan will hoist the national flag in Panipat, deputy speaker Krishan Kumar Middha in Karnal, and energy minister Anil Vij in Yamunanagar/Jagadhri.
