New Delhi, July 24 -- Despite the government's efforts to scale up natural and climate-resilient farming, persistent income concerns among farmers, gaps in implementation, and staff shortages remain key challenges that threaten widespread adoption of natural farming, a parliamentary committee said in its report on Wednesday.
