Imphal, March 23 -- The "difficult phase" in ethnic strife-torn Manipur will be over soon with the return of peace in the restive state, Supreme Court judge justice BR Gavai said on Saturday, after he led a delegation of four other top court judges to the state where they also interacted with internally displaced people.
The delegation, also comprising justices Vikram Nath, MM Sundresh, KV Viswanathan and N Kotiswar Singh, arrived in Imphal as part of efforts to strengthen legal and humanitarian aid efforts in parts rocked by violence.
