New Delhi, April 23 -- The International Monetary Fund, while warning of a new era of uncertainty as the global economy resets, said in its latest World Economic Outlook released on Tuesday that GDP growth this year will be 2.8%, half a percentage point lower than its January forecast of 3.3%.
