India, April 1 -- As D2C brand Bewakoof turned 13, its founder and CEO Prabhkiran Singh took to LinkedIn to reflect on the company's humble beginnings. Singh, an IIT Bombay graduate, revealed that Bewakoof's first "office" was a small space on the top floor of a tin shed in a Mumbai slum.
Bewakoof is a popular D2C brand known for its quirky clothes, accessories, notebooks and backpacks. It was founded in 2011 by Prabhkiran Singh and Siddharth Munot. In late 2022, Aditya Birla Group's TMRW acquired a majority stake in the business.
