India, July 16 -- Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has launched a new MTech programme in Flood and Water Resources Management, which, according to the institute, is "designed specifically for working professionals and graduates aiming toenhance their skills on flood and water resources management."
A key highlight of this programme is that it does not require a Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) score for admission. Candidates will be selected based on the written test/ interview conducted by the department, the institute said in a press release.
