India, March 28 -- Chief minister Bhagwant Mann on Thursday slammed leader of Opposition Partap Singh Bajwa for making baseless allegations against Rajya Sabha member Balbir Singh Seechewal.

Addressing the Vidhan Sabha session during the debate on budget proposals, the CM quipped that those who are habitual of obstructing the session often stage walkout on trivial issues to get media attention.

"If somebody is doing good work, will you see his degrees? Sadly, Seechewal has a model to clear the dirt in the ponds, but he doesn't have a model that could clear dirt from the minds of politicians," Maan said.
