India, March 1 -- Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) can be described as a "miscarriage of history, justice and Indian government's foreign policy", and if anyone has the capacity to make it a part of India, it is Prime Minister Narendra Modi, union minister Jitendra Singh said on Friday.

"I cannot say when it (PoJK) will become a part of India. But if anyone has the capacity to do it, it is Modi... Modi hai to Mumkin hai (it is possible, if it there is Modi)," he said.
