Chandigarh, April 22 -- Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya has reserved the bill aimed at taking over the management and control of Gurugram-based Aparna Ashram Society founded by renowned yoga instructor Dhirendra Brahmachari for the consideration of the President, people aware of the matter said.

The Aparna Institution (Taking Over of Management and Control) Bill, 2025 was passed by the assembly on March 28. The legislation seeks to vest the management of the ashram spread on a 24-acre parcel at Silokhra village in the state government for a period of 10 years, with provisions for a five-year extension.
