Gurugram, April 18 -- The Gurugram police on Thursday constituted a seven-member Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the allegations of an air hostess who said she was sexually assaulted while on ventilator support at a private hospital in Gurugram.
The SIT will be headed by Dr Arpit Jain, DCP headquarters, who is also an MBBS doctor, said police commissioner Vikas Kumar Arora.
Despite questioning hospital staff and collecting CCTV footage, police are yet to substantiate the charges. According to the FIR, nurses discovered signs of physical trauma, including bleeding, but allegedly dismissed it as menstruation.
