India, Aug. 11 -- Dramatic scenes unfolded at the INDIA bloc protest to the Election Commission of India on Monday, with Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav seen jumping over a police barricade as Delhi Police stopped the leaders marching from Parliament.
