India, Oct. 18 -- The World Health Organization (WHO) on Tuesday warned that neurological disorders are linked to at least 11 million deaths worldwide each year, even as fewer than one in three countries has a national policy to tackle the growing health burden.
WHO's new global status report on neurology shows that neurological conditions now affect more than 40% of the global population - over 3 billion people.
