New Delhi, May 1 -- The Delhi health and family welfare department issued a notice to all medical superintendent and medical directors of government hospitals in the Capital, mandating the implementation of the Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) ID for patients and the Health Professional Registry (HPR) for health care providers, under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM).
"Ensure that ABHA IDs are generated at the time of OPD registration... starting from 1st May 2025," the notice read.
