New Delhi, Nov. 15 -- The Delhi High Court on Friday issued notice on a petition by Sweden-based academic Ashok Swain challenging the Centre's blacklisting order that bars his entry into India.
A bench of justice Sachin Datta sought the Centre's reply and listed the matter for December 18. Swain said despite the court setting aside the cancellation of his OCI card, he continues to be denied entry on "anti-India" allegations.HTC
