New Delhi, May 7 -- The Delhi high court on Monday adjourned the hearing on a plea by Enforcement Directorate (ED) seeking cancellation of bail to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor Arvind Kejriwal in the Delhi excise scam. The agency said it would revive the plea once the Supreme Court decides on the larger question on the "necessity" of Kejriwal's arrest. On July 12 last year, Kejriwal got interim bail from the apex court which had referred his petition to a larger bench for deciding the aspect of "need and necessity of arrest" under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). htc
