New Delhi, Aug. 29 -- The Delhi high court on Thursday quashed the Union government's decision to suspend business dealings with Defsys Solutions Private Limited, a firm involved in supplying defence equipment to the armed forces, over its alleged role in the AgustaWestland VVIP chopper case, describing the move as a "gross abuse of process". A bench of justices Navin Chawla and Madhu Jain delivered the verdict while dealing with Defsys's petition, challenging the government's orders to suspend dealings with the defence firm.
