India, Dec. 23 -- The Bombay High Court on Monday dismissed a public interest litigation (PIL) seeking a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe against Nationalist Congress Party (SP) leader Sharad Pawar, his daughter and Baramati MP Supriya Sule and his nephew and Maharashtra deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar for allegedly illegal permissions given to the Lavasa hill station project in Maval tehsil of Pune district.

A bench of Chief Justice Shree Chandrashekhar and Justice Gautam Ankhad said that they could not pass an order to register a criminal case against someone based on a PIL filed on the civil side by Nanasaheb Jadhav, a lawyer.
