New Delhi, Aug. 13 -- The Delhi high court on Tuesday asked the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to place on record the sanction for prosecuting former CM Arvind Kejriwal and ex-deputy CM Manish Sisodia in the excise policy case.
Their lawyer Rebecca John sought quashing of the case, saying it was filed without sanction. ED's counsel said LG VK Saxena had granted sanction in December, followed by the Union home ministry's nod.
The court allowed ED to file the sanction order and listed the matter for hearing on November 12.
