Chennai, Sept. 21 -- The United States government's decision to increase H-1B visa fees has cost several IT professional living in Chennai and Bengaluru long-nursed dreams of working in top multi-national companies (MNCs) based in the United States.

The decision was announced by US President Donald Trump on Friday.
