India, Nov. 19 -- Gurgaon-based entrepreneur and content creator Ankur Warikoo has revealed that his driver earns more than Rs.50,000 a month - well above the average pay grade for similar positions. In a social media post shared this morning, Warikoo said his driver, Dayanand Bhaiya, gets an annual increment of 11%, is treated like a member of the family, has keys to their house and even knows their ATM pin.

Dayanand Bhaiya's latest increment took his salary to an impressive Rs.53,350 per month.

Besides earning upwards of Rs.6 LPA - which is more than the entry-level pay in many fields - Ankur Warikoo's driver gets health insurance and a one-month Diwali bonus. This time, he also received a scooty.
