India, May 10 -- Foreign secretary Vikram Misri on Saturday said that Pakistan had breached the ceasefire understanding reached earlier in the day. He added that Indian forces are responding appropriately to these violations.He said the forces have been instructed to respond firmly to any further violations of the ceasefire.
