India, Sept. 2 -- Maratha activist Manoj Jarange Patil on Tuesday announced that he would withdraw the indefinite hunger strike and vacate Mumbai after a government-appointed delegation met him and admitted to concede all eight demands put up by him.
The delegation of senior ministers and officials led by water resources minister Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil met Jarange-Patil at Azad Maidan where the indefinite hunger strike by him has been underway for the last five days.
