India, Jan. 12 -- At the 83rd Golden Globe Awards on Sunday, several high-profile celebrities used a subtle accessory to make a pointed political statement. Stars, nominees, and presenters, including Jean Smart, Mark Ruffalo, and Wanda Sykes wore "Be Good" pins. The phrase "Be Good" referenced Renee Good, a Minnesota woman who was shot by an ICE officer earlier this week.

The pins were part of an ACLU-endorsed campaign organized by entertainment industry advocates, according to The New York Times, and were meant to make an anti-ICE statement. Others sported pins reading "ICE OUT."

The campaign also honored Keith Porter, who was killed by an off-duty ICE agent in Los Angeles on New Year's Eve.
