India, Dec. 17 -- Maruti Suzuki India Limited has launched a swivel seat for the WagonR. The swivel seat is specifically made to provide enhanced convenience for senior citizens and individuals with disabilities. It is important to note that this is a pilot project launched with WagonR in 11 cities. If the consumer response is good, then this would be further expanded.

In this initiative, Maruti Suzuki has collaborated with TRUEAssist Technology Private Limited, a startup based in Bangalore, as part of its startup Incubation Program in conjunction with NSRCEL-IIM Bangalore.
