New Delhi, Sept. 11 -- India's free trade deal with Oman is "weeks" away, its negotiation with the European Union is progressing well in New Delhi, and the country will soon finalise the second tranche of FTA with Australia, Union commerce minister Piyush Goyal said on Wednesday, adding that New Delhi is also engaged with the United States, New Zealand, Qatar, Chile and Peru for bilateral trade agreements.
