India, Aug. 1 -- While pecans have been celebrated as a superfood for a while, a recent study revealed that the nuts are beneficial for heart health, too. In fact, on World Brain Day (July 22), many health experts took to social media to speak about pecan's impact on brain health.

Perhaps that's the reason behind many eateries including it on their menus.
